GENERAL CONDITIONS

Your health and safety is my priority. before starting any programme or session please consult with your doctor if you have any underlying health conditions. You will also be required to fill in a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire as well as a Training and Lifestyle Form. This allows me to create a plan that suits your needs and goals, taking in to account any contraindications in your lifestyle or health.

My advice for camera set-up is that you have the view landscape rather than portrait, the camera should be a waist height and set at a distance so that your full body is in the frame.

Please also consider lighting, the brighter you can make the setting the less grainy the image will be.

TRAINING PLANS

Once a plan has been purchased, you will have 48hrs before the start date to receive a full refund.  However, once you have received your first 4 weeks of training there will be no refunds in full or in part.  

The plans are non-transferrable to another person.

Should you wish to delay the plan to refocus on a different goal or event you will have up to 12 weeks from the previous start date to redeem a new plan.

Please understand that as an individual offering a personalised service I have to consider the longevity of my career and livelihood, however I want to be as helpful and supportive to you as much as possible.
