COVID-19 AND KEEPING YOU SAFE

Depending on current Scottish Government guidelines it may only be possible to train outside of the gym.  At Adapt Fitness we have a courtyard to the side of the building, which is enclosed and fairly well protected from the elements.  I am happy to bring gym equipment outside so that you can continue to train without too much disruption.

INSIDE - ADAPT FITNESS

  • We clean the studio daily using disinfectant and disposable tissue to ensure all of the equipment is clean.

  • We are spacing out appointment times to allow for effective cleaning between clients

  • We only allow 4 people in the studio at any one time and at a social distance of 2m.

  • We have hand sanitiser throughout the studio

  • We commit that whenever we may need to self-isolate or come in to contact with someone who tests positive that we will give full disclosure to our clients.

  • We are fully compliant with the government guidelines.

  • Our greatest concern is the health and wellbeing of all of our clients and their loved ones.

What should clients attending the studio do?

  • Arrive on time for your appointment, entering the studio through the side door, ensuring that it is safe for you to enter.

  • Wash your hands, on arrival and departure and regularly use hand sanitiser.

  • Bring a mask with you. You do not need to wear a mask once working out in the studio, but just in case it is required.

  • Do not attend the studio if you are unwell in any way

  • Maintain 2 metres distance from any other clients and team

  • If you are in doubt please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances

OUTSIDE - PARK/GARDEN

  • All equipment brought to you will be clean and sanitised before using as well as throughout the session and afterwards.

  • Where possible you will use your own equipment so that only you need to touch it.

  • I am connected to the Scottish Test and Protect app.

  • I have hand sanitiser available at all times.

  • I am compliant with both Scottish Athletics and CIMSPA governing body guidelines following from the Scottish Government

  • I space out appointments so that there are no crossovers and allow for extra cleaning time.

  • My greatest concern is the health and wellbeing of my clients
